This is Father's dragon form from the KND series finale, Op: INTERVIEWS, that is completely improved, as it looks like Dragon Maleficent from Disney's Sleeping Beauty, and his power is 10x stronger than his original dragon form, that he can even overpower Grandfather from Op: ZERO.
